Resources for genealogists: The Lemon Grove Historical Society holds the personal papers of Lemon Grove pioneer Henry Hill

Lemon Grove Pioneer Henry Hill

The Lemon Grove Historical Society (LGHS) provides resources for genealogists. Our archives are open for genealogical research. Our archives contain family history information on prominent Lemon Grove residents dating to the end of the nineteenth century. Some of these files contain, for example, handwritten obituaries, wills, probate records, land documents, correspondence and more.

LGHS owns copies of the Lemon Grove Review from its inaugural issue in 1948 to its final issue in 1999.

Our archives can be searched in person according to our rules and fee schedule, or by a member of our volunteer staff who will conduct the search on your behalf. Fees must be paid in advance, by check or money order in U. S. funds, and payable to: Lemon Grove Historical Society.
