The Lemon Grove Historical Society has been hosting High Tea at the Lee House for over 18 years.  Season after season we are asked to bring back this classic 4 course High Tea, all  for a worthy cause.  Vintage “Tea” attire is encouraged by not required.  Show off to your friends and wear a really BIG HAT!
A full 4-course tea will be served including salad, fruits, finger sandwiches and scrumptious desert!
All proceeds go to support the 32nd annual  Treganza History Essay Competition.   Each year 3rd graders from across the Lemon Grove School District are invited to participate in the Annual Treganza History Essay Competition.  Each 3rd grader will write a short essay on the History of Lemon Grove.  Our own board member Roberta Bulling visits the classrooms of Lemon Grove giving her lively presentation on the the history and early citizens of our town.  Building on that information and their own research, often including a visit to our wonderful town mural, the 3rd graders set to work on learning and writing about their home town.
Join us for tea while supporting this essential educational experience.  Last year we received over 120 essays and the winning 3rd grader read her essay at the Treganza Heritage Park dedication.

The H. Lee House is located at 3205 E. Olive St. inside the Treganza Heritage Park.  There is plenty of free parking
